The calendar that runs itself
The others put you in order; Saluvy operates for you. The calendar sends the reminders, and an agent talks to your patient on WhatsApp to confirm, cancel or reschedule without you answering every message.
Independent health practitioners who work in recurring sessions: psychology, physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy and nutrition. In Colombia, to begin with.
Reminders that actually arrive
WhatsApp at 24 and 2 hours before. The patient answers in the same chat and the calendar updates itself; when the conversation leaves the script, a human takes over.
Clinical records never travel over WhatsApp
The channel carries only scheduling. The agent moves the calendar without knowing a single clinical word, and sensitive data stays encrypted and isolated per practitioner.
Consent on a ledger, not a checkbox
Every authorisation is recorded and cannot be edited after the fact, as Colombian Law 1581 requires. With no standing opt-in, no message goes out.
In pilot with real practitioners while we close the first version. We are looking for design partners: people willing to run it in their practice and tell us what is missing.
